Former US Congresswoman Liz Cheney and Knight Foundation President & CEO Maribel Pérez Wadsworth had a conversation on the challenges journalists face reporting on elections and politics as threats to democratic norms which are ever increasing.
The core objective is to raise awareness and understanding regarding responsible and appropriate reporting of Election Day 2024, as well as its aftermath, including potential attempts to delegitimize the elections and the possibility of violence.
